The cuisine of Archez is characterized by the use of natural products, most of the field, in all their dishes.

One of the most typical dishes is the fennel soup with rice, soup with chickpeas cod own Easter. we can also try the bread crumbs, accompanied by arencas or sardines, garlic and white pancake cod with honey, chopped grapes and wine.

The goat and lamb are another succulent dish Archez.
